The DSU Theater received the “Sicheslavny-2026” Award

Our team received a special award “For contribution to the development of theatrical art in the Dnieper region and all of Ukraine.”
The competition jury highly appreciated the theater’s creative search, the preservation of cultural heritage, and the strengthening of the spirit of Ukrainians in times of war.

This honorary award was won by the intermedia performance “Vadim Sidur. Echoes of Time”.

The large-scale project was implemented in 2025 together with the “Virimo” theater with the support of the Ukrainian Cultural Foundation. The performance deeply reveals the tragic fate of our outstanding countryman as a unique sculptor, graphic artist, poet and prose writer. The premieres of this important work for us were held with great success on the stages of Kyiv, Odessa and Dnipro.
